Digital Magazine Login Troubleshooting Tips
- Ensure that you’re using your “username” we have provided you with in your monthly digital magazine email notification and not your email address.
- If your password contains ‘O’ in it this will always be the letter ‘O’ and not the number ‘0’.
- You could clear your ‘Cache’ if you have tried a number of times with no joy, but are sure you have entered the correct details. If you are unsure how to clear the ‘Cache’ using your particular browser, simply type into your browser ‘how do I clear my cache using firefox, chrome (or whichever browser you are using).’
- Ensure that the Flash Player is up to date if having trouble viewing the Flash version on desktop browsers. This can be downloaded at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
The web browsers to avoid opening the digital magazine with are the legacy versions of Internet Explorer on desktop (Internet Explorer 8 and older). On mobile/tablet devices, avoid Opera Mini and Firefox on Android as it’s known to be unreliable.
